Returns & Exchanges

At Dune Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unopened and gently tested fragrances.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the perfume bottle back in its original designer box and pack it securely in a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our scent specialists receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or ship your new selection within 5-7 business days.
